Terence Rattigan

Sir Terence Mervyn Rattigan, CBE was a British dramatist who wrote some of the most important plays of the 20th century. His plays are typically set in an upper-middle-class background. He is known for such works as The Winslow Boy, The Browning Version, The Deep Blue Sea and Separate Tables, among many others.
