Chevelle is an American rock band that formed in 1995 in Grayslake, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The band was originally composed of two brothers: Pete Loeffler, Sam Loeffler and Matt Scott . Scott was later replaced by brother Joe Loeffler.
