The song was produced by the pop production duo Kyle James & Parker Ighile, who co-wrote the top line alongside Talay Riley. The song was officially released on October 4, 2009. An official remix has been made with Boy Better Know. Chipmunk also makes a reference to The Saturdays in this song with the line "And now I feel like The Saturdays all week, cos me and my heart got crazy issues".
