"Girl Gone Wild" is a song by American recording artist Madonna, released as the second single from her twelfth studio album, MDNA . On July 2011, Madonna started to record material for the album. She then enlisted record producer Benny Benassi to work with her on the project. Benassi produced a few demos that were sent to songwriter Jenson Vaughan, who worked on the lyrics before sending them to Madonna.
