CARBONARA

Carbonara

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Latium, and more specifically to Rome, based on eggs, cheese, bacon, and black pepper. Spaghetti is usually used as the pasta, however, fettuccine, rigatoni, or bucatini can also be used. The dish was created in the middle of the 20th century.
